A night in Gotham

The full moon and stars shone in the sky,  Blackwing flew from building to building on patrol for any criminal activity, her body having a blue tint to it in the moon light, a slight wind blowing here and there

It was a beautiful night for Miss. Harleen Quinzel.. or as she now preferred to be called, Harley Quinn. Cries echoed in her ears, a man was begging at her feet, and her puddin' was going to be so proud! She grinned at her beautiful work, swinging around a baseball bat as she chewed and popped her gum. Three cheerleaders and a football star were tied and gagged, and further down the alleyway their car was smashed into a wall, smoke rising from the engine.

"Please! Let us go!"

Harley giggled, she could barely hear the words they were trying to say with the cloths stuffed in their mouths. But it was always the same line. The teenage boy was at her knees, looking up at her with a pleading look in his eyes. With his arms tied, he didn't have much control on balancing and as he tried to free his hands, he fell to lean over, his head touching her calf. She roughly kicked him in the gut, making him fall onto his back instead. "Oh, stop your whinin'. We're just havin' some fun!"

Blackwing heard the muffled cries of various people, she scanned the sky and after a few moments, found the scene and dived bombed, athletically moving the people out of the way, and faced Harley, wings wide open, her eyes almost glowing in the moonlight

Harley's eyes widened slightly, as she stayed still and continued to obnoxiously chew on her gum. Well, that certainly wasn't expected. This mini-Batsy had come to ruin all her fun! But at the same time, when didn't she love to get her paws dirty in a good old fight? She sighed dramatically, leaning her weight onto one leg as she put the baseball bat up on one shoulder. "Now why'd you have to go and do that? We were just about to start our party."

"A party where the guests are tied and gagged? I think not..." Blackwing said, looking over to the victims and looked back to Harley, "Look, I'm feeling... Generous, we can do this the easy way and nobody gets hurt, or this can turn into a 'Bat-fight,' I'm cool with both, but I don't want any blood on my suit, just washed it..." she said and did a little stretching

"I was gonna give 'em food.." Harley frowned slightly at the mocking of her 'party'. The food may have been rotten eggs or something equivalently disgusting, but the gags weren't going to stay on forever. Mini-Batsy just didn't understand. But at her second remark, Harley let out small giggles. "I'll try not to make you bleed too much!" She grinned, taking the bat off her shoulder and giving it an idle swing to warm up.

Blackwing had a smirk on her face, she threw a few practice punches and kicks, "Ready?" she asked and bared her knuckles

Harley rolled her eyes, losing the slim chance that she had any patience. She was about to give a swing of her bat, when suddenly there were police sirens blaring down the alley. One of her little cheerleaders had escaped and tattle-taled! She watched as they were now blocked in: two squad cars on the left, and the crashed car on the right. "Sorry, little Batsy. Gotta run!" She giggled and took a running leap forward, hopping onto a dumpster. From there she quickly scaled a ladder until she met the top of the buildings where she then could run and jump across them to get the police off her tail.

Blackwing practically fell on her back by the sudden police sirens, Blackwing spread her wings and flew off in the distance, she quickly doubled back, following Harley a fair distance behind, she was curious about this little psyco she had discovered
